Yokohama by night- Chinatown, Minato Mirai 21, City Center, Landmark Tower, Yokohama Stadium, Cosmo Clockl, Sakuragicho Station
Yokohama is nicely illuminated at night, especially Minato Mirai 21, the central waterside area where you find Landmark Tower (Japan's 2nd tallest building), Yokohama Grand and other skyscrapers, and Chinatown, the largest Chinese community in Japan, with its beautiful neon signs and gates. Sakuragicho Station is where we departed to Tokyo, it is situated right next to Minato Mirai. Cosmo Clock, one of the world's tallest ferris wheels, is beautifully illuminated in different shifting and flashing colours after dark. In the modern city center of Yokoaham, there are many nigh clubs, some shady ones, and restaurants. Yokohama is still safe at night, like most other Japanese cities. |
