Malmö Live, the newest skyscraper in Malmö, is 85m tall and have 25 floors and was completed in 2015. It was the second tallest skyscraper in Malmö when completed, and features the new concert hall, a new congress center and Clarion Hotel, that now is Malmö's tallest and largest hotel. Clarion has 444 rooms and a skybar called "Malmhattan" on the top. The concert hall offers everything from classical to pop and hard rock music. Malmö Live is situated at Hjälmarekajen, a harbour area between the central station, the Old Town and Västra Hamnen.The pictures below show the exterior, the interior and surroundings of the Malmö Live complex.
