Paris and London have more skyscrapers, but not in the city center. That is because it counts as the financial center of Europe. The skyline has given Frankfurt nicknames as "Mainhattan" and "Bankfurt". 3 of the tallest buildings in Europe (outside of Russia)* are situated in Frankfurt's city center, but London Bridge Tower will beat Frankfurt's tallest, Commerzbank Tower, in a few years. *Update 2015: The Shard in London is now Europe's tallest building.
