The views from Kollhoff Tower, Potsdamer Platz Kollhofff Tower is a skyscraper at Potsdamer Platz, that has an outdoor observation deck on the roof with great views of Berlin. It was built in 1999 and has 26 floors. It is 120m to the top of the roof. There are no queues, in contrary to the 2 hour waiting at Fernsehturm, the entrance fee is cheaper and the views are clearer because there are no windows.
