Zverynas district and Westbank CBD

Zvernyas is a district just to the West of Neris River from the city center. We visited it very briefly, after passing the bridge from Gedinomo Avenue near the Parliament. The area is mainly residential, has a nice orthodox church and has lately got some modern glass highrises constructed. Opposite Zvernyas, on the same side as the city center near Vingis Park, is the Victoria Tower and a small surrounding CBD situated.
