Valencia by night - Plaza de la Reina, Plaza Virgen,
Valencia Cathedral, City Hall, Estació del Nord, Plaza del Toros, Carrer de Sant Vicent Màrtir
Valencia is a great city to visit at night, very much alive. It has a vibrant nightlife and many buildings are illuminated after dark, especially the beautifully illuminated baroque buildings, sculptures and fountain at Playa del Ayuntamiento.
Plaza de la Virgen, Plaza de la Reina (Plaça de la Reina) and the area around the station are also especially nice to visit after dark, with many illuminated buildings. The Valencia Cathedral (Catedral de Santa Maria), Plaza del Toros and the Northern Station (Estació del Norte) are some of the most impressive ones. The futuristic buildings of City of Arts and Science in the outskirts are impressingly illuminted, but that can be seen in this section.
