City Center COOLSINGEL, BEURSPLEIN, CHURCHILLPLEIN Coolsingel is the busy street that goes from Hofplein to Beursplein. Here you can find modern skyscrapers, a shopping mall, department stores, World Trade Center and 2 historic buildings; the City Hall and the Post Office. Coolsingel end at Churchillplein. Coolsingel:Along Coolsingel with City Hall and WTC. The City Hall (Stadhuis van Rotterdam). This impressive building on the Coolsingel is one of the few that survived the bombings in May 1940.
